No Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-cancellable under any circumstances. We urge our guests to plan their travel dates carefully before making a reservation.

No Refund Policy

All payments made toward bookings at Villa Heritage Calangute are 100% non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:

• Personal or medical emergencies

• Change in travel plans

• Weather conditions or natural calamities

• Delays or cancellations in transportation

• No-shows or early check-outs

 

No Date Modifications

We do not allow rescheduling or date changes once the booking has been confirmed and payment is processed.

 

Booking Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the full payment has been received. By proceeding with the booking, guests agree to abide by this policy.

 

Exceptional Situations

In rare and unavoidable circumstances (such as government restrictions, lockdowns, or force majeure events), any decisions regarding credits or rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of Villa Heritage Calangute management and will be communicated in writing.
