Welcome to Villa Heritage Calangute. We want all our guests to have a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay. Please read and follow the terms and conditions below as part of your agreement when making a booking with us.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 Noon

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

 

Noise & Music Policy

• We welcome good times, but we also respect the peace of our neighborhood.

• No loud music is permitted after 10:00 PM.

 

Pool Use & Safety

• Pool Timings: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• For everyone’s safety, children must not be left unattended near or inside the pool area.

• Guests are requested to follow basic pool safety guidelines.

 

Occupancy Policy

• The number of guests staying must strictly match the number confirmed at the time of booking.

• Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval and applicable charges.

 

Housekeeping Services

• The villa is cleaned daily.

• Bed linen and towels are changed every alternate day for your comfort and hygiene.

 

Caretaker Support

• Our in-house caretaker is available to assist you during your stay.

• We kindly ask guests to respect the caretaker's working hours.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Please note, we follow a strict no cancellation and no refund policy.

• Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

 

Right to Cancel

• Villa Heritage Calangute reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings in case of violations of these terms or due to unforeseen circumstances.
